Leeds Carnegie v
Moseley
National League Division One: Sun 23rd Nov Headingley
Lewis Moody will find out on Tuesday if he is to miss England's autumn internationals due to bad conduct.
The Leicester flanker was cited by Leeds after he punched Jordan Crane during a recent Guinness A League fixture.
Such an incident can result in a six-month suspension, and the RFU have already set their standards under the new zero-tolerance guidelines by condemning Nicky Little's foul play with an 11-week ban.
The rugby union governing body's disciplinary panel will decide Moody's fate on Tuesday evening, after the British and Irish Lions representative pleaded guilty to the act.
The player's club have already taken their own action, banning Moody for four weeks, and they will hope that this - coupled with his previous good record - will secure only a minor punishment.
A lengthy suspension would see the 26-year-old miss England's next Test against Australia, as well as the early stages of the Heineken and Powergen Cups for Leicester.
Keep up to date with Skysports.com to find out Moody's fate as soon as it is announced.
