Fa'afili: Heading for the Guinness Premiership
Leeds Carnegie have signed winger Henry Fa'afili from French club Biarritz.
The rugby league convert has spent the past two seasons in France but has agreed to join the Guinness Premiership new boys on a two-year deal.
Fa'afili, who will turn 29 next week, played for Warrington in Super League, topping the try-scoring charts in his final season with the Wolves.
He will join up with his new employers after playing for Samoa in the Pacific Nations Cup alongside another Leeds player, Fosi Pala'amo.
"I am really excited about coming to Leeds Carnegie," Fa'afili said.
"I came over a couple of weeks ago and met some of the guys and I am just looking forward to getting back and starting pre-season with the team.
"It is the chance to have a fresh start for me and that is very exciting for me and my partner when we move to Leeds."
Fa'afili is the third signing made by Leeds ahead of next season, following on from the capture of Leicester's Marco Wentzel and Alfie To'ola from Bristol.
Prop Juan Gomez has also moved to Headingley on a permanent basis having been on loan from Leinster last season.
