Robson: Two tries
Harlequins moved into fourth place in the Guinness Premiership with a bonus point victory over Bristol on Easter Sunday.
The visitors went in to the break on level terms but two second half tries from George Robson and another from Mike Brown sealed the points.
Charlie Amesbury had given Quins the lead as early as the sixth minute but a try from Bristol winger Tom Arscott leveled the scores midway through the first half, and with Ed Barnes and Adrian Jarvis exchanging penalties the teams went in 8-8.
Barnes had missed two straight-forward penalties but with opposite number Jarvis sin-binned soon after the re-start for persistent infringement, the hosts took advantage.
Bristol closed on the Quins line and the visitors' spoiling tactics were finally penalised when referee David Rose awarded the try as the home side continued to kick for the corner in search of the score.
Barnes added the extras from in front of the posts but Chris Malone, on as a blood replacement for Amesbury, reduced the arrears with a 54th minute penalty.
However, with Jarvis restored Quins gained the ascendency and Brown successfully reached for the line after being sent through by scrum-half Danny Care.
Jarvic converted from out wide but missed a penalty before being taken off, but when Brown was stopped just short of the line moments later the forwards piled over with Robson coming up with the ball.
And the bonus point was secure for the fourth time in the last five games when Robson intercepted a pass from Bristol skipper Matt Salter at halfway, the lock carrying the ball all the way to the line.
