1. This Promotion is open to all UK, Isle of Man, Channel Island and Republic of Ireland residents, aged 18 years or over. Proof of age may be required. Employees (or family members of employees) of any British Sky Broadcasting Group company, companies associated with the Promotion and all affiliates of such companies (collectively "the Companies") may not enter any prize draw or competition.
2. To take part in the Promotion you need to e-mail the answer to the given question to a1gp@skysports.com or submit your answer online at www.skysports.com/a1gp before the Closing Date of the Promotion set out below. Unless stated otherwise each eligible entry will be automatically entered into a prize draw. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for network, computer hardware or software failures of any kind, which may restrict or delay the sending or receipt of your email. Only one entry per person and/or per email address. Entries must not be sent in through agents or third parties. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt. No responsibility will be accepted for entries that are delayed in the post. Late, damaged, defaced or illegible entries will be disqualified.
3. Unless stated otherwise there is only one entry per person and/or per e-mail address.
4. Closing date for entries is midnight, 19th October 2007.
5. One winner will be selected at random by an independent person from all correct and eligible entries received. Following this one of the nine winners will be selected at random for an additional prize as set out below.
6. The winner will be notified by phone by midnight on October 22nd 2007.
7. The prize for the initial nine winners shall be a selection of signed A1 Team GBR merchandise and the further additional prize for one of the winners shall be hospitality for two people as guests of A1 Team GBR at Brands Hatch on May 4th 2008.
8. There is no cash alternative to the prizes (or any part of them) and unless agreed otherwise in writing the prizes are non-refundable and non transferable.
9. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prizes (or any part of them) for a prize of equivalent or greater monetary value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control.
10. Event prizes are subject to availability at the time of booking. If any event prize is postponed for any reason, the prize will be valid for such other date on which the event is rescheduled. If the event is cancelled then the prize will be null and void.
11. Except in the case of death or personal injury arising from its negligence or in respect of fraud and so far as is permitted by law, the Promoter and its associated companies and agents exclude responsibility and all liabilities arising from any postponement, cancellation, delay or changes to the prize details beyond the Promoter's control and for any act or default of any travel company, airline, hotel or any other third party supplier.
12. The terms and conditions of any third party supplier will apply to the prize where applicable.
13. The Promoter will not be liable for tickets or prizes that do not reach the winners for reasons beyond the Promoter's reasonable control.
14. If any winner is not able, for whatever reason, to accept a prize, then the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to another participant.
15. The Promoter's decision is final and legally binding on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into. Entries that do not comply in full with these entry rules and conditions will be disqualified.
16. Details of prize winners' names and counties will be available for one month after the Close of each Promotion by writing to the Promoter at the address set out below and stating the name and date of the Promotion.
17. The name, county and photograph of the winners may be used by the Promoter and its associated companies for post-event publicity purposes.
