Bundesliga new-boys Cologne have signed Manasseh Ishiaku from relegated MSV Duisburg.

The Nigeria international striker put pen to paper on a four-year deal with the Goats on Sunday after the two clubs agreed an undisclosed fee.

"We are pleased that MSV have decided to let the player fulfill his wish to join FC Cologne," general manager Michael Maier told the club's official website.

"He has proven his qualities in Duisburg, scoring 10 goals in 25 games last season.

"We are convinced that Manasseh will become a very valuable player for us."
