South Korea international Lee Keun-ho will join Ligue 1's Paris Saint-Germain in July.

Lee Dong-yeop, general manager of the player's agency Tenplus Sports, confirmed the 24 year-old has been given the green light by Jubilo Iwata to move to France.

"Lee told Jubilo Iwata manager Masaaki Yanagishita that he would move to PSG and Iwata has given him permission to leave," he said in the Korea Times.

"Although Lee is currently on a nine-month contract with Iwata, both sides have verbally agreed to talk when Lee receives an offer from a European league team."

The striker has a contract with Iwata until the end of the year, but it is understood the J-League outfit has agreed to let the player go without a transfer fee.

"I appreciate that Iwata has made a tough decision before the second half of the season is about to kick off," said Lee.

"The move will be a difficult task for me, but I have dreamt of playing in Europe. I will need to step up to a higher level."

He is due to undergo a medical in Paris in early July.
