Stephen Henderson has left Bristol City to join Aldershot on an initial month-long loan deal.

The promising goalkeeper, who almost joined Wycombe last week, has failed to make an appearance for the Robins this season.

The recent arrival of fellow shot-stopper Steve Collis has seen his chances limited further at Ashton Gate.

Henderson, 21, will be looking to gain some valuable first-team experience with the League Two club.
