Peterborough United have completed the signing of Marcus Williams on a one-month loan deal from Reading.

The left-back trained with Posh on Friday and is part of the matchday squad for Saturday's league encounter with Charlton Athletic.

Williams has spent the last two seasons in the Championship but will now drop down to League One for the rest of November and the start of December.

The former Scunthorpe defender will where the number 25 shirt during his time at London Road.
