Leeds United are reportedly in the hunt to sign Hungarian goalkeeper Adam Bogdan on loan from Bolton.

The 22-year-old shot-stopper, who played one game whilst on loan at League Two side Crewe earlier in the season, moved to the Reebok Stadium in 2007.

Leeds currently have four goalkeepers in their first-team squad, with Casper Ankergren the current regular between the sticks with Shane Higgs sidelined through injury, with David Martin on loan from Liverpool and young Scot Alan Martin making up the numbers.

Hungary Under-21 international Bogdan has yet to make an appearance for Bolton but has reportedly attracted interest from a number of clubs.

"We can't comment on this news but it's true that teams from higher divisions (than League One) have showed interest so far," the player's agency, Career Management Group, told Pepsifoci.

Leeds are currently second in League One and are looking to win promotion back to the Championship this term.
