TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1These terms and conditions govern participation in Nike Live - The Cesc Fabregas Show.

2Based on these Terms and Conditions You will enter into an agreement with NIKE UK Ltd, 22 Ganton Street, London, W1F 7BY ("NIKE").

3Participation in Nike Live - The Cesc Fabregas Show is only permitted if this agreement is entered into.

4Nike Live - The Cesc Fabregas Show will be open to men and women above the age of 18. Accordingly, you may participate, provided you are at least 18 on May 13 2008.

5The competition and event are run by Nike UK Ltd. Full details of Nike UK can be found at the bottom of these terms and conditions.

6The competition and event are open to all residents over the age of 18 in the UK and Ireland only. Employees (including their immediate families) of the Promoters or any other individuals associated or connected with the competition are not permitted to enter. No purchase is necessary.

7You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions for your participation in Nike Live - The Cesc Fabregas Show. You acknowledge that participation in Nike Live - The Cesc Fabregas Show is not possible without validly entering into this agreement on these terms and conditions.

8Participation in Nike Live - The Cesc Fabregas Show is at your own risk.

9You confirm that you will not bring along to the event any drugs or impermissible substances that are illegal under statute.

10You confirm that you will not publish or post to any website or other media operated by Nike or related to Nike Live - The Cesc Fabregas Show any text, statement, photograph, image or other material which is obscene, blasphemous, defamatory, infringes the intellectual property or other legal rights of any third party or is otherwise unlawful, offensive or inappropriate. Nike will have the right to remove any material at its discretion.

11Your journeys to and from Nike Live - The Cesc Fabregas Show event and any ticketing venue shall be entirely at your own risk.

12Claiming an invite to Nike Live - The Cesc Fabregas Show does not guarantee you entry to the event. A guaranteed spot will only be confirmed once you and a friend have confirmed your details at www.nikelivefabregas.com and received your confirmation communications from Nike.

13Invitation lanyards will be awarded at the discretion of the Nike Live Crew in attendance. Their decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

14You will receive a unique entry code in your confirmation communication from Nike. You MUST bring this with you to gain entry on the night. No person or persons will be admitted without this code.

15All entrants must be able to attend the filming of Nike Live - The Cesc Fabregas Show on May 13 2008.

16Nike will provide transport between Arsenal's Emirates Stadium in London and the recording studio on the day of filming. Individuals will be responsible for the cost of their journey to and from this meeting point. Further, individuals will be responsible for the cost of their journeys to NikeTown London, Arsenal's Emirates stadium or any other venue to acquire invitation lanyards. In the event of being unsuccessful in applying for tickets, no travel moneys will be refunded.

17All participants in Nike Live - The Cesc Fabregas Show may be filmed as part of the show. Nike UK retains rights over this image and its use. See Filming of The Cesc Fabregas Show below for further details.

18Entrants that are not in compliance with these terms and conditions will not be accepted or eligible for participation. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with these terms and conditions. You will not be notified if your entry is not compliant.

19The competition is open from 28th April 2008 to 6th May 2008 inclusive.

20The Promoters reserve the right to terminate, amend or extend this competition in wholly exceptional circumstances outside their control.

21Under no circumstances will the Promoters be in any way responsible for injuries or damage suffered or caused by entrants except where the Promoters are directly responsible for such injury or damage.

22Tickets are not exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.

23Nike Live - The Cesc Fabregas Show will take place on May 13 2008. If any winner cannot attend the event for whatever reason, no alternative date will be arranged.

24The terms "Nike Live" and "The Cesc Fabregas Show" are the trademarks of Nike. These terms cannot be copied or used in any way without prior consent of Nike UK.

25You agree at all times whilst you are at the event to abide by the reasonable directions of Nike, its staff or contractors and to behave appropriately.

26The laws of England and Wales govern these terms and conditions.

Filming of The Cesc Fabregas Show

27Entrance is on a first come, first served basis and is limited to 400 people. An invitation lanyard does not guarantee entry.

28This invitation is complimentary, not for sale and is, under no circumstances, transferable.

29The use of flash photography in the studio is strictly forbidden at all times.

30Tape recorders, radios, mobile phones, food and drink are not to be taken into the studio without express prior permission of the Production Company.

31The Production Company hereby expressly exempts (or its servants, agents and associates) and will not be responsible for any loss or damage to property or personal injury howsoever arising occurring the ticket holder when on company premises/location.

32The Production Company reserves in its absolute discretion the sole right to refuse admission to any person, to cancel the performance without notice to the ticket holder and without liability to the ticket holder and to alter times of commencement and completion of recording without incurring liability to the ticket holder. Advance notice of any such changes will be given where possible.

33By participating in this television recording, you are agreeing to allow any broadcaster the right to use the footage and giving them clearance throughout the world.

34Admission is subject to studio/location approval.

35Invitation holders are asked to strictly follow directions given to them. Invitation holders are asked to follow strictly any direction and Health & Safety information given to them by any of the employees of the production company.

36People with disabilities and/or restricted mobility should call 020 8962 7981 to make prior arrangements for their health, safety and welfare and if necessary, be accompanied by a competent helper. Please note: due to some special effects for programmes it is necessary for us to use synthetic smoke and also please note strobe lighting may be used during the recording.
