Terms & Conditions - Piaggio Scooter Competition

1. The prize consists of one Piaggio Zip RS 50cc worth £1,399 OTR

2. The prize must be accepted as offered. There can be no alternatives, cash or otherwise.

3. The Zip RS will be delivered to the nearest authorised UK Piaggio dealer from where it must be collected by the winner only.

4. The prize must be registered in the winner's name only before collection.

5. The Zip RS will become the sole responsibility of the winner as soon as it leaves the dealer's premises.

6. Scooter insurance must be arranged and paid for by the winner in advance of collection.

7. No accessories (e.g. helmet, gloves) are included in the prize.

8. The competition is opened to UK residents possessing full or provisional UK driving licence or motorcycle licence, aged 17 and over, except employees of Piaggio and their families, and any other company associated with the competition.

9. After notification, the winner will be notified within 10 working days and contacted by Piaggio with a letter of confirmation.

10. The winner must collect the Zip RS within two weeks of receiving Piaggio's letter of confirmation.

11. Road Tax and registration are part of the prize.
