Ivory Coast finished their preparations for the African Cup of Nations with a 2-0 victory over Rwanda on Thursday.

The Elephants never really broke a sweat during the match but left it late to secure a victory which will send the side into the showpiece full of confidence.

After a goalless first 84 minutes, strikes from Benjamin Angoua and Souleymane Bamba ended the match as a contest.

Vahid Halilhodzic's charges start their AFCON campaign against Burkina Faso at the Estadio do Cabinda on Monday.
