On the latest instalment of Monday Night RAW, several high-profile superstars signalled their intent on winning the upcoming Royal Rumble match.

John Cena and Unified Tag Team Champions D-Generation X announced their participation in this year's huge event, with both also predicting victory for themselves.

After defeating United States Champion The Miz, Big Show and special guest host Jon Heder in the main event, D-Generation X proceeded to celebrate their victory.

However, that celebration was interrupted by former WWE champion Cena, who took the mic to inform both Triple H and Shawn Michaels that he will be the last man standing at the Royal Rumble.

Taking exception, The Game and The Heartbreak Kid not only tossed Big Show but also Cena over the top rope to the floor. However, there was a further twist in-store for one half of the Unified Tag Team Champions.

In a shocking move, The Game threw his own partner HBK over the top rope, informing him that he too will compete in the 2010 Royal Rumble Match.

Battle

With the winner receiving a title opportunity of their choice at WrestleMania 26, the thirty man over-the-top battle is one match that no WWE fan can predict with any degree of certainty.

The 23rd annual WWE Royal Rumble pay-per-view event comes to you from the Philips Arena in Atlanta, Georgia on the night of Sunday January 31 at 1am exclusively LIVE on Sky Box Office.

Also this week on RAW, The Undertaker addressed Michaels' challenge of a WrestleMania rematch. Unfortunately for fans, The Deadman's answer was an emphatic "no".

But a despondent Michaels insisted that he would go on to face The Phenom at 'The Grandest Stage Of Them All', by winning the Royal Rumble match.

Elsewhere, the number one contender to Sheamus' WWE Championship, Randy Orton, surprisingly struck with an RKO to defeat Chris Masters.

Recovering from the after effects of a devastating Master Lock manoeuvre, The Viper did not have time to regain his focus as the Irishman climbed into the ring and nailed The Viper's face with his massive boot, leaving Orton motionless on the canvas.

Do not worry if you missed the LIVE broadcast of WWE RAW as a repeat airs this Thursday Night from 10pm exclusively on Sky Sports 3.
