Holdsworth stands by Young

Aldershot boss Dean Holdsworth defended Jamie Young after the keeper's blunder saw his side slip to a 1-0 defeat to Torquay.
Young let Lee Mansell's harmless-looking first-half strike squirm between his legs and over the line. However Holdsworth insisted Young's error was not the only reason his suffered a second successive home defeat.
"What happened with Jamie is already done with and forgotten, it's out of character and we've already moved on," said Holdsworth.
"What is far more frustrating is the extent to which we've dominated the game and yet got nothing from it. If it had been a boxing match they would have stopped it after the second round, but you don't win games on possession as we all know.
"We need to start taking our chances in front of goal because, in terms of our performance, we played some really nice stuff. I'm delighted because in all honesty we were miles ahead of Torquay and deserved to win the game.
"If we play like that for the rest of the season and can find an end product then we're going to win a lot of games.
It's important the players' heads don't drop and we have to try to not let the result overshadow the performance."
