Eoin Morgan: Should be popular
The Indian Premier League's trading window will be opened on November 23, the governing council has announced.
The window, which runs to January 5, allows the eight teams to buy and sell players already contracted to IPL teams.
Pakistan players will be allowed to participate providing the Pakistan Cricket Board and the government agree to provide the relevant paperwork.
The terrorist attacks in Mumbai last year saw Pakistan players barred from taking part in the second season, which took place in South Africa in the spring.
An auction will be conducted in Mumbai on January 19 to bring in fresh players with each franchisee granted a purse of US$750,000.
The IPL has decided to do away with the 12th man, instead permitting the use of fielding substitutes, while the use of pink balls will be trialled in practice matches.
Sorry, we can not display forthcoming fixtures at this time.
