Bullard: dream come true
Yeah he scored a hell of a goal. He's just so quick, the boy is so quick... his backside was just getting smaller and smaller!

Quotes of the week
Jimmy Bullard told Soccer AM about the moment that Theo Walcott wowed the rest of the England Squad.
Walcott was the star of the show in England's last World Cup qualifiers as he tore apart Andorra before scoring a brilliant hat-trick against Croatia.
But while it was in those games that he properly announced himself on the international stage to those watching in the stands and at home, the England squad had already had a sneak peak in training.
Saturday's newspapers illustrated the goal which brought an England practise match to a halt as players and staff looked on in awe after a stunning solo effort from the winger and Bullard admitted he was one of the players left for dead!
"Yeah he scored a hell of a goal," he said. "He's just so quick, the boy is so quick... his backside was just getting smaller and smaller!
"He was running away from me so fast it was just unbelievable. It was a great goal and at that point everyone just stepped back and thought hold up, this boy's got plenty of ability."
Having just been called up to the senior England squad for the first time Bullard was probably still finding his feet when the Arsenal man whizzed passed him, but despite not getting onto the pitch in either game, Bullard revealed it was a dream come true just to be in the squad.
"I can't believe it you know," he said. "As a kid I always wanted to play for my country and even though I haven't played yet, to get the call up was amazing and an honour.
Unfortunately for the Fulham midfielder, he was left out of the squad for the qualifiers against Kazakhstan and Belarus, but despite this blow he remained upbeat about his future chances.
"Obviously I would have loved to be in the squad again, but it's not to be, so I'll keep plugging away and hopefully I'll get into another one," he said.
For now it's back to the bread and butter of the Premier League for one of the most loveable characters in the modern game.
Fulham narrowly avoided relegation last season but Bullard, who also qualifies to play for the German national side through his grandmother, told Helen and Max that they were much better equipped this time out.
"We've got a stronger squad this time and we've bought two good strikers in Bobby (Zamora) and Andy (Johnson).
"We started the first two or three games and got six points and beat the Arsenal which was a great start and then in the last three games we've played some great stuff but we just haven't got the results.
"It's just a fine line in this Premier League these days, but you just have to keep plugging away. Out next games Sunderland at home and hopefully we can get the three points."
