Teenager Elina Svitolina successfully defended her Baku Cup crown with a straight-sets victory over Bojana Jovanovski in Azerbaijan.
The 19-year-old from Ukraine overcame fifth-seeded Jovanovski, who was champion in 2012, 6-1 7-6 (7-2).
Second seed Svitolina, who had dropped one set all week against Francesca Schiavone in the semi-final, broke her Serbian opponent twice to seal the opening set in just 22 minutes.
She then saved all three break points she faced in the second set before cruising to victory tie-breaker and become the first teenager to win multiple WTA titles since Russian Anastasia Pavlyuchenkova captured three at Monterrey and Istanbul in 2010 and again at Monterrey in 2011, all before her 20th birthday.
Meanwhile, Heather Watson teamed up with Russia's Alexandra Panova to win the women's doubles title.
The British No 1 lost her opening singles match to Kristina Mladenovic but finished the week on a high note as she and Panova defeated third seeds Raluca Olaru and Shahar Peer 6-2 7-6 (7-3), saving two set points in the second set.
Watson has now won four titles on the WTA Tour, one in singles and three in doubles.
The world No 57 from Guernsey will head straight to Washington for next week's Citi Open, where she faces Belgian Kirsten Flipkens in the opening round.
