Raymond and Robson, who is Britain's second-ranked singles player, belied their unseeded tag to claim a comfortable 6-1 6-2 victory in under an hour.
Errani and Vinci have won three out of the last four grand slam titles so Robson and Raymond's smooth passage into the final was a major surprise.
The Italian duo were broken five times and won fewer than half the points on their serve, while Robson and American veteran Raymond saved the only break point they faced.
Robson and Raymond's opponents in the Miami final will be either Nadia Petrova and Katarina Srebotnik or Svetlana Kuznetsova and Flavia Pennetta.
If Robson and Raymond prevail it be the 19-year-old's first WTA title of any description. Her only previous final in singles or doubles was in Guangzhou last year, where she was beaten by Hsieh Su-wei.
