Murray and Peers, seeded No 3, needed just 66 minutes to see off Colin Fleming and Ross Hutchins 6-4 6-2 on German clay.
After the opening eight games all went with serve, Murray and Peers grabbed the only break of the first set in the ninth, before adding two more breaks in the second set.
The winners clinched a straightforward victory by reeling off the last five games of the contest, sealing the title on their first match point.
It was 28-year-old Murray's 11th career ATP Tour title and fourth with Peers.
