Berdych - semi-finalist at Roland Garros.

Player Profile

Berdych is enjoying an impressive season and appears to be on his way back to the top 10.

He boasts a powerful serve and forehand, a combination that took him to the semi-finals of the recent French Open - his best-ever run at a Grand Slam tournament.

Before that he had shown his prowess on faster surfaces, reaching the final of the Miami Masters. So he looks well set to make an impression at Wimbledon.

Made the last eight here in 2007 but now has the form to improve on that if he continues in a similar vein.

Question marks remain over the mental side of his game though, so he'll want to avoid the big guns such as Nadal and Federer if he is to replicate his Paris efforts.
