Birmingham have signed Besiktas winger Kerim Frei for an undisclosed fee.
The 23-year-old, who came through the ranks at Fulham, has put pen to paper on a three-and-a-half-year contract to join Gianfranco Zola's ranks.
Frei played 33 times for Fulham, including 23 Premier League appearances, before leaving to join Turkish club Besiktas in 2013.
He has played 68 times for the Super Lig side, scoring seven goals.
Birmingham announced: "Gianfranco Zola's rapid squad building continues apace with the signing of 23-year-old winger Kerim Frei from Turkish top-flight side Besiktas."
