Rochdale have signed striker Shamir Fenelon on a season-long loan deal from Brighton.
The 20-year-old came through the Seagulls' youth system before enjoying a successful loan spell with Conference South side Tonbridge Angels where he scored four goals in eight games. After another loan spell at Torquay, Fenelon made his Brighton debut on the opening day of this season. Having featured in the Championship side's first three matches, he has now been snapped up by Dale and will go straight into the squad to face Bradford.
