Manchester City goalkeeper Joe Hart is not a player La Liga club Sevilla are interested in signing, according to Sky sources.

It seems the England goalkeeper's days are numbered at the Etihad with new manager Pep Guardiola preferring Willy Caballero and closing on the signature of Chile goalkeeper Claudio Bravo from Barcelona.

Hart was chosen as captain for Wednesday night's victory over Steaua Bucharest to steer them into the Champions League group stage, but judging by his reaction to the fans at the final whistle and Guardiola's post-match comments it would appear his exit is imminent.

Hart, who's been at City since 2006, said: "We're going to come up with a solution. Tonight I played for Manchester City and I enjoyed every moment of it. It's a place I'd love to be. But situations occur in football but we're men and we get on with it."
