Crawley midfielder Ross Jenkins has signed a contract extension to stay at the club until the end of the season.

Jenkins, 25, joined Crawley on a free transfer from Watford in September and has made nine appearances under boss Mark Yates.

Yates told the club's official website: "Ross has been excellent since he's been with us.

"He hasn't played as often as he'd have liked but his attitude in training has been first class and he got back into the team last Saturday and played his part against Cambridge United.
