Rangers have rejected another offer from Beijing Renhe for Alfredo Morelos, Sky Sports News understands.

The Ibrox side turned down bids from the Chinese Super League team before the Scottish transfer window closed at the end of January, the largest of which was worth £8m.

However, the Chinese window is still open until the end of February and it is understood that Beijing Renhe have seen a new offer for the Colombian forward turned down.

The 21-year-old has scored 15 goals this season following his move from HJK Helsinki last summer, including a double in Rangers' win over Ayr in the Scottish Cup last weekend.

Earlier this month Gers boss Graeme Murty said he was optimistic that Morelos would remain at the club beyond the end of February and that they would consider offering the striker a new deal.

"We're discussing all contracts at all times with all players. If a bid comes in that doesn't meet our valuation, we have to reassess their valuation in our eyes," Murty said.
