Sky Sports understands a number of Premier League clubs are set to watch Maribor star Agim Ibraimi in action against Celtic this week.
The Macedonia international winger has come to the attention of several Premier League sides after impressing for club and country for the last couple of seasons.
Ibraimi is well known in England, having scored against their Under-21s home and away during the 2011 European U21 Championship qualifying campaign.
The 25-year-old, who spent last season on loan at Cagliari, scored two goals to help Maribor overcome Maccabi Tel Aviv in the last Champions League qualifying round to set up the play-off tie against Celtic.
Scouts from the likes of Southampton and Newcastle are thought to be ready to cast an eye over Ibrahim against Celtic as they weigh up a possible move for the skilful wide-man.
Maribor are reluctant to lose Ibraimi, but are bracing themselves for offers for the player before the transfer window closes.
