Jake Gosling has agreed a new contract with recently-promoted Bristol Rovers, the League Two outfit have confirmed.

The Gibraltar international winger, 21, made 28 appearances as the Pirates were promoted out of the Vanarama Conference play-offs after joining the club from Exeter. "Jake is a terrific player who at times this season had to wait for his chance but I feel he grabbed his chance with both hands scoring important goals that won us football matches," boss Darrell Clarke told Rovers' official website. "He is still a youngster but I think he developed a lot as the season went on and we are hoping that will continue into League Two."
