Latest under our scout's gaze is Bursaspor forward Sercan Yildirim - recommended by Sky Sports reader Simon Frey.
The scout reports...
Sercan Yildirim is one of the big new hopes of Turkish football.
A striker by trade, but his talents mean he can also play on the wing or a deep lying role.
Yildirim is a product of Bursaspor - the club he still with now.
He was handed his first-team debut in late 2007 and he quickly established himself in the first-team.
The 19-year-old has since scored more than a goal every other game for Bursaspor. He finished as top scorer last season and has now scored 24 goals in 42 league games.
Yildirim was called into Turkey's full squad earlier this year and was given his full debut June. He scored his first goal in their World Cup qualifier against Estonia in September.
Yildirim is quick, and a natural finisher. Genuinely two-footed, he has good vision. Indeed he could be likened to Italian star Francesco Totti for his ability to blend midfield and attack, although he very much likes to push on whenever possible.
It is little shock that his goalscoring form has seen him attract interest from a number of clubs including Premier League giants Manchester United, Manchester City and Liverpool.
The scout says...
Yildirim is a very composed young forward, who has an excellent eye for goal.
Much is expected of him, but time will tell how he copes with a bigger stage when he does leave Bursaspor.
