Latest under our scout's gaze is Nottingham Forest loan star Radoslaw Majewski - recommended by Sky Sports reader Brendan Payne.
The scout reports...
Patience certainly paid off for Nottingham Forest in the summer of 2009 when they landed Majewski on a season-long loan deal from Polonia Warsaw.
The Polish midfielder had been a target for the Reds 12 months earlier, with former boss Colin Calderwood keen to bring him on board after guiding the club back into the Championship.
Billy Davies finally got the talented playmaker snapped up during a frantic summer of transfer activity on the banks of the Trent, with the Scot keen to add some creativity in the middle of the park.
Majewski arrived with a reputation as something of a trouble-maker, with Polonia prepared to let him leave after growing disillusioned with his activities away from the field.
However, the 23-year-old has been a revelation for Forest this term, letting his football do the talking and proving that he has matured into a fine all-round midfielder.
A number of eye-catching displays, which have included some outrageous goals, have helped to raise his profile and underline why he already has five full caps with Poland to his name.
Bigger fish than Forest have now been alerted to his talents, and the January transfer window is likely to see that interest mount, but the Reds have first option on Majewski and Davies is expected to do all he can to tie the youngster down on a permanent deal.
Boasting a keen eye for a goal, a combative attitude and fantastic vision, the Pole has all the credentials to suggest he could be a real star of the future.
The scout says...
Having demonstrated that he is more than capable of holding his own among the hustle and bustle of English football, it appears to be only a matter of time before Majewski is strutting his stuff in the Premier League.
With Forest currently flying high in the Championship, and keen to strike a deal with Polonia during the winter transfer window, they will be hoping that he gets the opportunity to test himself at the highest possible level during his time at the City Ground.
