Latest under our scout's gaze is Ghanaian winger Joseph Ato Bissah - recommended by Sky Sports reader James Lippett.
The scout reports...
Joseph Ato Bissah made his debut for his club Hasaacas while he was still 16 years old, but did not look out of place on the senior stage.
Bissah is an exceptional talent, which was recognised by the Ghana international coaching staff when he made his Ghana debut against Burkina Faso in a CAF African Nations Championship (CHAN) qualifier on 28th March 2010.
He has excellent technique, great passing and crossing ability and he can score goals.
Bissah is a small but very strong player and his success so far has been based on his quick feet and his high-tempo game.
He is most effective as a winger, but can also be used in an attacking midfield or support striker role.
He was used mainly as a left winger in the games he has played for Ghana during March and April 2010 and caught the eye with some assured displays.
Bissah is also an expert set-piece taker and is able to boast an enviable scoring record from free-kicks.
Bissah was honoured at the end of the 08/09 season by being voted the Ghana Premier League's MVP and finished as runner-up in the Most Promising Ghanaian category.
He was then appointed Sekondi Hasaacas' club captain for the 09/10 season.
The scout says...
He is yet to experience life in European football, but all the signs appear to suggest that he would be capable of taking that step up with ease.
He can consider himself unfortunate to have missed out on the Ghana squad which captured the imagination at the 2010 World Cup in South Africa, but his time will undoubtedly come.
