Alexis Sanchez was a surprise penalty taker for Arsenal at Hull City on Saturday, with Santi Cazorla - who has already scored twice from the spot this season - on the field. The wisdom of that decision was called into question when Sanchez's effort from 12-yards was saved.
The incident came just a few days after Charlie Austin had wrestled with Dusan Tadic for penalty-taking duties in Southampton's Europa League tie with Sparta Prague. The striker won the battle for the ball and found the net with his spot-kick to justify his claim.
