Dewi Morris travels up to Loughborough to watch England Saxons going through their paces as they prepare to take on Ireland A at Welford Road on Friday Night.
With the likes of Ryan Lamb, Shane Geraghty, David Pace and Nick Kennedy, there is plenty of talent on show and a good showing against the Irish could mean a move up to the senior squad.
The training reminds Dewi of his days battling out in the then called England B side and he is happy to see that in his day, they were just as sharp and just as committed to training as the latest future stars of England rugby.
