Nicholas: all eyes on the JJB
SOCCER SPECIAL
Sunday, 2pm, Sky Sports News
The perfect place to catch all of the final-day drama is with Ed Chamberlin and his guests on Soccer Special.
The title will be won, two teams will be relegated and we'll be covering every single game on what is bound to be a fascinating afternoon of the Premier League season.
Manchester United are hot favourites for the title, but they know that a win at Wigan will be needed to make sure the Premier League trophy remains in the Old Trafford trophy cabinet. Charlie Nicholas will be watching events unfold at the JJB Stadium.
If United slip up then Chelsea can claim the title by beating Bolton at Stamford Bridge and Phil Thompson will be keeping you up to date with that game.
The fight to avoid relegation is also a primary concern as two of Birmingham, Reading and Fulham will be facing up to life in the Championship at the end of the afternoon.
Fulham can guarantee survival by beating Portsmouth at Fratton Park, but that will be no easy task against the FA Cup finalists. Paul Walsh is watching that one in the studio.
Paul Merson will be alongside him watching Birmingham as they desperately bid for three points at home to Blackburn.
And Alan McInally will be at Pride Park to see if Reading can beat the drop and avoid playing their opponents Derby County again next season.
We'll also keep you updated with the race for fifth place between Everton and Aston Villa and we'll have reporters at all the other games to bring you news of goals and major talking points.
