World champion Jenna Lewis gave our Game Changers a lesson in inline skating on the show this week.
The ten-time British champion skated into the studio and answered some questions from the audience - including how she got into the sport.
"I was seven years old when I first got a pair of skates my mum bought me," she said.
"I'd tried lots of other sports before then and none of them really took my fancy until I found skating.
"I didn't think I'd be any good at it, I thought I was going to fall over straight away - but I gave it a go and found I had a natural talent for it. It was amazing and I loved it!"
