It's not been an easy couple of years for one of England 's finest rugby players.
Maggie Alphonsi has just returned to full fitness after knee surgery 20 months ago and now she's preparing to stroll out in front of thousands of screaming fans at Twickenham for the autumn internationals.
The 29-year-old Saracens flanker showed off a few skills to Game Changers and also revealed how her passions for rugby are now even stronger.
"It's been really hard to watch on the sidelines," Alphonsi said on Saturday's show. "I've had to concentrate on getting fit and now I'm back and I'm really happy. Touch wood I won't get injured again!"
