Henk ten Cate told Revista that he thinks Manchester City are the dark horses to win the Champions League.
The Premier League club were drawn against Barcelona in the last 16 round of the competition and Ten Cate, a former assistant coach with the Catalan club, believes Manuel Pellegrini's side will beat the four-time European Cup winners.
He told Revista: "He (Tata Martino) will be thinking he is very unlucky to draw Manchester City. I really think City are on the way and are coming.
"A couple of months ago I said on this show that Manchester City are a force to be reckoned with, especially with their manager Pellegrini. He's probably one of the best in Europe right now, probably the best.
"You have to give him time and his team is doing week in week out better and better and starting to play better football.
"Where he lacked the real quality in Villareal and the money, he has the real quality and the money to even strengthen his team in the Winter transfer window.
"I think Manchester City are the dark horse in the Champions League and Atletico Madrid, to win it.
"I think Manchester City (will win the game against Barcelona). Normally - the 6-1 against Celtic is an exception - Barcelona struggle with British teams."
The Revista panel also gave their view on Atletico Madrid's draw against AC Milan and Real Madrid's fixture with Schalke, which you can see in the video above.
