In football, World Player of Year Carli Lloyd tells us why she opted to join Manchester City on a short-term deal ahead of their Champions League quarter-final, first leg match.

And as Sky Sports News HQ focus on the role of the officials in football during 'Support the Ref' week, Sian Massey-Ellis tells us about the challenges she faces and why she is mentoring a colleague from Hong Kong.

Three-time Olympian, former world champion and Sailor of the Year Carolijn Brouwer also joins us in the studio to look ahead to the Volvo Ocean Race as she is announced in the first ever mixed team for this year's race.

And we were there as figure skater Penny Coomes took her first steps on the ice after shattering her knee cap as she continues her road to recovery for the Winter Olympics.
