Former Olympic swimmer Sharron Davies MBE joins Vicky Gomersall on this week's Sportswomen.
Davies, who stormed to silver in the 400m medley at the 1980 Games in Moscow and also won two Commonwealth golds, drops into the studio to talk future talent in the pool, the effect of funding cuts and the challenge of engaging more women in the sport.
We'll also catch up with Sky Sports Academy Scholar Siobhan O'Connor, who, at 16, was the youngest British swimmer at London 2012. She now has her sights set on glory in Rio and Davies will assess her potential.
Elsewhere, Olympic silver medallist Heather Fell may have only just retired from modern pentathlon but she's already looking for a new adrenalin rush; we join her at a British Cycling run track taster day in Newport to see how she gets on.
We'll wrap up all the latest news from the world of women's sport - including reaction to Lizzy Yarnold's Winter Olympics gold medal in the skeleton.
Watch Sportswomen on Tuesday at 10.30am on Sky Sports News. This week's show is repeated on 18 February on Sky Sports 3 (6pm & 10.30pm) and on 23 February on Sky Living (9am).
