The WWE UK Championship will be defended for the first time.
Current champion Tyler Bate will put his belt on the line against Jack Gallagher on next Wednesday's NXT.
Bate, born and raised in Dudley, is the inaugural UK Champion after winning the WWE United Kingdom Championship Tournament back in January.
Since then he's been seen at the WWE Performance Centre, was in the crowd at Wrestlemania 33 last month and now the decision has been taken to see what he can do on a bigger stage.
205 Live stalwart 'Gentleman' Jack Gallagher has had an impressive start to his WWE career since making his full debut in November.
He is already one of the stars of the Cruiserweight Division, narrowly losing a title match against fellow Brit Neville at Elimination Chamber in February.
The pair hope to lead a golden generation of British-born competitors in WWE.
Neville, Gallagher and Noam Dar are all regularly seen on RAW and 205 Live, Drew McIntyre has re-signed for NXT and a new weekly show highlighting the best of British talent is currently being developed by WWE.
But the clash between Bate and Gallagher is an opportunity to show the world how far professional wrestling has come in the UK.
It's also a chance for 'Gentleman Jack' to win his first ever title in WWE.
