David Haye will defend his world heavyweight title against rival Audley Harrison live on Sky Box Office HD.Back to story
What an absolute scandal!! This is a fight that should never have been made,Harrison is a joke of a boxer, his career has been in decline since winning olypic gold. How can Haye justify fighting this bum when there are better contenders within the top 10? Haye should stop running from the Klit bros and cement his place at the top of the heavyweight tree. This fight makes no sense at all,if Audrey gets lucky (as he has in many fights) then where would Haye turn? He would have nowhere to go in a division famous for its mediocracy. I wouldn''t watch this fight if it was in my garden. This is the biggest mismatch in the history of british boxing,a world title holder against a man who gets knocked out by a taxi driver. Do us a favour Harrison and retire immediately after this bout, you are not the fighter you think you are. A good amateur but a poor professional. Get your SIA card and become a bouncer lad

This is madness I tell you! Why is this fight happening? Audley Harrison is in a different league to Haye! Audley is lightening fast, got the strongest chin in boxing and has never been involved in boring fights! He''s proved time and again that he is the real deal, and it''s such a shame to see him selling out to fight Haye - who has never achieved anything, and is slower than a turtle. I''m betting Audley wins within the first 10 seconds of the first round.. Hahahaha..

Look let''s put this into perspective the only reason why the Klitschko brothers are tied up other fights is because Haye refused to agree to fight and they ran out of time - I can''t blame them as they will be as inactive as joke Haye - he pulled out against Wladimir last year when contracts were signed and blamed back problems Wladimir asked for medical reports and none were produced he then negotiated against Vitali and hey ho they broke down - what a surprise - David Haye blames money but his getting even less against Harrison so believe what you want doubters Haye is waiting for Vitali to reach 40 hoping old age will catch up but guess what even Vitali at 45 will beat Haye and he knows it that negative 2 punches around then running away from Vlauev won''t work with either Klitschko brothers - I know Haye should have too much for ASudley but hope Audley lands a beauty on Haye and show him for a joke of a champion - Com on Audley

I''m a big fan of Haye but he''s lost a lot of respect in my eyes. He said that he''d never waste our time defending against a "bum" like Harrison and was going to unify the division. In reality he''s running scared of the K''s and fighting guys who are way past their best-pathetic. More U-Turns than Nick Clegg!

David Haye wants to retire when he is 31, he is really running out of time if he wants to unify the division like he has promised. Why fight a complete waste of time like A-Farce! It shows how pathetic a person David Haye is. Everyone should avoid paying for this fight and not watch it. Both of these chumps should retire now. PATHETIC

I see alot of people moaning about haye fighting harrison, but come on look at what the k brothers fight. Do you realy think haye is doing bad in doing us all a favour and blasting audley out of boxing once and for all. Next year i hope he fights one of the k bros, but thats if they will agree with a 50/50 split and maybe come out of their comfort zone and fight in a country where they wont get 100% support from the crowd. Thats all they seem to do and they are just as bad as anyone for hand picking fights. Come on haye get it on with them next year and show your true greatness as i am backing you all the way to batter audley and then get them 2 and become the best heavyweight the division has seen in quite along time

People need to wake up and smell the coffee. I am a huge Haye fan and think he is the most exciting boxer Britain has seen since Naseem Hamed. I can''t wait to see him obliterate the Klitchko brothers, but at the right purse. It is Haye that will fill Wembley, Madison square gardens or The 02 arena, so someone explain to me why he should do this to give someone boring like Vitali or Vladimir a bigger purse. I wouldn''t. They are dodging by stipulating that they get the bigger purse, knowing that Haye will not accept the arrangement. They need to grow a pair, give Haye a 50/50 purse, then give him their belts, in that order. By the way, Fraudley will surely retire after a humiliating 2 round defeat. Come on Hayemaker.

Wait for a second. What if Audley wins !! My god, the world would turn upside down !!
Posted 16:36 7th September 2010
Love it or hate it, you will all watch it! I agree with the majority of the posts here - this is possibly one of the biggest mismatches of recent years. Harrison doesn''t deserve to be in the ring with any kind of belt on the line, let alone the heavyweight world championship. I have some sympathy with Haye as he really was stuck between a rock and a hard place. After they way Audley has been calling him out over in the last few months, if Haye had bypassed him, Harrison would have said he''d been avoided and gone on about how hard done by he had been etc. At least this way Haye will shut him up forever and confine Harrison to the growing list of ex-heavyweights - who knows, once Haye knocks him out, we might see Audley in the UFC ala James Toney! Come on Haye, knock this bum out and move onto the Klit Brothers in 2011!!!

Is this celebrity deathmatch? Bizarre decision...

I cant believe David Haye has sold out to Audley for this fight. What is he thinking? Audley or better known as "Ordinary" or "Fraudley" is a joke. He should fight under "A-Farce" promotions. He hasnt really done anything in the pro boxing world and has promised on all occasions and never delivered. His fights are boring, he is def not a puncher, if you look at his past fights he doesnt engage the audience, fans have booed his performances. Now for David Haye, I didnt like him at the start but have grown to warm to his recent victories and his style, however my respect for him has plummeted since he has dodged the Klitchko brothers and now that he has accepted this joke of a fight with Audley. I agree with some of the other comments on this article from the great british boxing fans (the most honest and knowledgeable fans in the world!). David simply should not have given Audley the chance as we all know what will happen on Nov 13 - victory for Haye. But to be honest, are the fans going to tune in to watch a boxing spectacle or will it be to simply see the final curtain in Audleys dismal career? I think the latter. The heavyweight division is at an all time low, however, David has the opportunity to become the biggest name in the sport but he didnt take the chance with Klitshko and now he has put his reputation in jeopardy by accepting the challenge from Audley. I wish David all the luck in this mismatch and hope Audley finally calls it a day.

Whos next, Holyfield? Shape up Haye and go for the big guns instead of a quick payday!
Posted 15:52 7th September 2010
Haye obliterates Harrison, which is what everyone wants to see, except himself because he is very short sighted and a bigger ego than anyone I''ve ever seen. Then Haye moves onto one of the Klitchkos for a unification fight, and possibly his last. Anyway, what could be better than paying to watch a national hero flatten a man who is the complete opposite (of course, Haye is the hero, obviously).
Posted 15:42 7th September 2010
Many times over the years the champ has fought a chump for a pay day - OK dissappointing especially as David Haye has been running his mouth off saying he will fight the K-twins. In terms of a fight though David Haye and Audrey Harrison (as Herbie Hyde called him!) both have suspect chins. Its not the best fighting the best (K-twins fighting each other) - but it is a pretty even contest! That just shows Haye''s position in the Heavyweight division rather than Harrisons!!
Posted 15:37 7th September 2010
Haye was a glimmer of light for the bleak heavyweight division.... He was even called out by the younger of the Klitschko brothers and he did not man up to the challenge
Posted 15:31 7th September 2010
And to think I thought boxing couldn''t get any more boring...
Posted 15:28 7th September 2010
The only thing that could remotely happen is David Haye taking Audley Harrison too lightly - complacency and smugness would make this even more of a laughing stock if somehow Haye were to get caught cold by a freak or fluke Harrison shot. Then the Heavyweight scene would be a complete circus. What a turnoff Heavyweight boxing is now. I as a boxing fan (well, nowhere near now) used to remember great divisions at the era when Tyson was king at Heavyweight and, the likes of Mike McCallum, Michael Nunn, James Toney in the middleweight division, somehow, all of that quality is long gone. A fluke Harrison win would be the icing on the cake for the Heavyweight division''s doom. A likely Haye win does absolutely nothing for the division, he''s in a no-win situation.
Posted 15:21 7th September 2010
Any respect i had for David Haye has now gone out the window, whats the point in him fighting Audley Harrison? Its a joke!!! Just shows everything thats been written about him running scared of the Klitschko brothers is absolutely right! David Haye i hope he beats you
Posted 15:15 7th September 2010
Oh mate just have not stopped laughing all day! brill, i hope A Farce will do the amazing "right, right, right, right, right, right combination again, one of the funniest things ever seen in the ring, Haye doesnt deserve to win after being an embarassment and showing no class with those ridiculous t-shirts, and then ducking them to fight Harrison who is slowily becoming quite a funny guy! Come on Audley!
Posted 15:12 7th September 2010
Therefore Haye, you are just fighting another nobody?? Your a joke Haye.. Your are starting to make Audley look good. What a pathetic fight.
