Celtic mourn legend Burns
Former Celtic manager and player Tommy Burns has died from skin cancer, the club has announced. He was 51.

A truly sad moment for any one associated with celtic fans players and club officials alike, Tommy Burns a legend of the celtic game, and truly a nice man. I believe that Celtic shud consider re-naming the training facility at Lennoxtown after Tommy as a mark of respect for all he has done for the club especially with regards to bringing throush some of the clubs finest youth players, now we just need to go on and win the league for him and uncle phil there could be no finer tribute to two celtic greats.

I'm devastated this morning to hear about a true Celtic legend passing away.My thoughts and prayers are with the great Tommy Burns family and friends.Tommy was a man every single Celtic supporter could relate to and always deeply admired.I had the good fortune to meet TB on the way to Seville and can honestly say he was a true gentleman and had no problem stopping and chatting to Celtic fans and posing for photographs.He will be sorely missed.R.I.P Tommy
