Tottenham should sell Modric if they can get 30m plus. He is very overated in my opinion and if they can add Parker, Diarra, Adebeyor (excuse spelling) and a centre half (ideally Cahill) with th addition of Walker at right back now they would still have a good enough team and squad to challenge for that 4th place again. Get rid now!!

put a massive price tag on modric 35-40m,then if chelsea really want him they can pay that, no giving us extra players, straight cash.then sell crouch, bentley and crazy pavichenko and get another 15-20m, plus the money from o'hara, keane and palacios which will be completed soon, gives us around 60-70m to spend With that money we could buy a lot of players, Adebayor (loan), Hulk (35m), Samba (15m), Diarra (15m) and somehow harry will get joe cole on loan for the season, which will turn out useless...

Harry wants to sell Modric to fund other players.This means he is prepared to keep three strikers who haven't performed well and several midfielder who Spurs are finding hard to sell because no other team is prepared to pay the transfer fees and wages for these players.You are only allowed a squad of 25, so sell the weak and buy some strong players .How can you have such a big injury list when you haven't played a competetive match yet.

@terrylynch Never in my lifetime will chelsea be a big club. Chelsea is just a plastic club. I am a mad liverpool fan and I do hate the mancs but you have to give credit were its due, liverpool and manchester utd are the only big clubs in england! Chelsea are just like manchester city, average before the billionaires decided to buy those average clubs and make them plastic!

Mr Bates are you listening?! Yes, you came to the rescue of Leeds and for that all the fans will be forever grateful. But lets be honest with ourselves Ken and credit us with some intelligence, it was not for any love of Leeds Utd, it was a pure business opportunity and the chance to make some serious money! To do this you need to spend 'SOME' money and secure our top player on long term contracts AKA Gradel! Hopefully this will get us back to the Premiership and you can cash in on your 'investment'!

How frustrating being a Spurs supporter.Every team wants the players you dont want to sell and no one wants the players you want to sell.Plus you never hear about the offers Spurs have made for players only rumours.Only a few weeks before season starts.Promises to buy to top players to keep Modric and Bale, and we will end up losing both before the next transfer window.

dont know why chelsea are still holding on to some players if they want to move to the next level , they need to let go of some players and bring in more young and exciting players especially in attack. i just cannot understand what the likes of anelka, ferreira and mikel are still doing at chelsea. anelka just slows the game down unneccesarily, mikel has had all the chances to become a very good midfielder but is still average and what he does many other milfielders are capable of doing and even better hasnt improved for me too one dimensional and ferreira is just a waste of space. we dont really have to spend over the odds to bring quality . players like pjanic, mata , dzagoev , hazard these are players that breed quality and will come for modest fees. but chelsea always want to pay huge. OR IS THAT anytime is chelsea clubs just quote enormous figures. aguero moved to city for 38 mill,i bet if it was chelsea we would have been paying 45 mill anyways who started trhis vicious cycle. what you plant you reap.

Firstly I'd like to point out something to 'Robert wanderer'. I'm not sure if he realises this but this ist a game of fifa 11. Bolton never be able to sign the likes of samba and certainly not Glen Johnson! Do you know his wage packet? Bolton currently play descent football and have a great manager, although they are only a mid-league finisher. But Bolton are the sort of team that have had to resort to a £3m deal to sign Tyrone mears and Chris eagles from the championship. Good players, but not the same calibre as samba and Johnson. Back to my team. Liverpool are currently been linked with every player under the sun. Personally I think we've point, I don't think we need to buy anyone else, to be Frank I think we've wasted money on Henderson and doni. Henderson may prove me and the othe fans wrong and I hope be does, for £20m sake. But we desperately need a decent striker as back up for Suarez and Carroll. Ngog tries his best, and we never seem to give anyone else a proper look in. As long as he's young and relatively proven I'm easily pleased. Plus none of this rubbish linking us to Asian superstars, which is clearly a Marketing stunt to try and keep standard and chartered eastern customers happy, surely darglish won't stand for a transfer policy where the sponsors choose the players! Also I think liverpool definitely need to wrap up the signing of dann, he would be a great long term prospect to fill carraghers boots. Though I think it'll be wrong to buy a left back, well first team one anyway. As that would force Kelly out of the side and he's been doing a fantastic job up until his injury. I'm sure kenny has a master plan to offload the likes of poulsen etc before the new season, and shrewdly reinvest in first team and youth system. Especially with the excited prospect of beuno signing a possibly making a great first team impression if given the opportunity in cup competitions and lower league opposition.

Chelski should be fined! Not only the manager, the chairman has said "Modric is not for sale at any price" his part of our plans.... so nearly every day since Chelski keep making different offers! Spurs should stick to their guns..their not a feeder club for the bigger teams Man Utd..Chelsea they got the money go spend it elsewere.. if spurs want to win things its no good selling your best players to rival clubs..carrick..berbetov for example
