Stuart Barnes analyses the Heineken Cup and Amlin Challenge Cup finals

It proved to be one of the most dramatic of all Heineken Cup finals. The fabulous attacking game of Clermont Auvergne floundered in the face of their own demons that they could not quite conquer.

As an Irishman there is no English sportaman I admire more than Jonny Wilkinson. Has won it all and is still as hard working and respectful as ever. A great role model for any sportsman/woman

Stuart, what are your thoughts on the three Scottish players who are included in the Lions squad. Do you think they can make any major impact and do you think any of them have a chance of making the starting 15 for the test squad. Iam particuarly excited about Stuart Hogg. I also feel that there were a few of the Scotland squad extremely unlucky not to have been selected for Lions tour namely, Ryan Grant, Kelly Brown and Greg Laidlaw. I can't help but feel the Scottish lads are underated particuarly as we have made improvements in the six nations and have won our last two tests against the Aussies, including one over there last summer.
