Interesting views on the refs Kammy, completely agree with you. Not that I'm claiming it's an easy job, but refereeing is really the only job in the world (correct me if I'm wrong) where you can do an absolutely terrible job week in week out, and not only can you not be fired for it, nobody's even allowed to say anything about it! My idea would be that refs would have a league table based on an independant panel of ex refs that would judge the league's refs on a weekly basis. If the ref is at the bottom at the end of the season, he's put in the Championship and up comes the best ref from there. Fair? Also, even if they were made to explain their decisions after a game, such a little thing would go such a long way in terms of fairness
