Hi Guillem, great column as always. Being a fan of Barcelona and knowing that Puyol can't go on forever, has Pep Guardiola a replacement in mind for him and if so who would this be? I think Jordi Amat is fantastic and could be a great signing but would they look at signing him from their rivals Espanyol? I personally feel Barca would be better adopting a 4-3-3 week in week out. If you were the manager, what formation would you play and who would you pick?

Hi Guillem, I have a question relating to the increased number of Barcelona Academy players coming to the Premier League. At the moment Arsenal have Ignasi Miquel, Jon Toral, Hector Bellerin and even Joan Laporta's son, Guim Laporta. What in your opinion is their motivation to make the switch from the great Barcelona to the Premier league? Also, there have been an increased number of reports from the British media about Barcelona sending scouts to watch Gareth Bale. Is there any truth in these reports?
