Paul Horner says...

The fight being in Vegas allows more fans the opportunity to watch the fight, in and amongst the atmosphere in Vegas, though on 'CCTV Big screens'. For the Mayweather fight there were rooms holding 7000+ people, still a great atmosphere in my opinion and I plan to do the same again. Would not get this in New York, in and around Madison Sq Gardens... COME ON RICKY LAD

If this is as Ricky says is goin to be his second last fight and its all for the fans surely you would think then he would have his last two fights in the U.K one in Manchester the other in London where even more of his loyal fans can watch him but it looks like he is chasin the dollars!!!!

Cheaper ?????? Surely would be cheaper for the Fans for him fight in the UK.... I would assume most of his supporters are still paying for his fight against Mayweather as that wasn't 'Cheap' !

Andy Carts says...

Im not mathematician or business man but wouldn't it cost more to travel to Vegas and buy a boxing ticket? Flight=300-500 pound + boxing ticket between $75-$500. Where as a train journey to the city of manchester or wembly shouldnt cost more than 60 pound return from anywhere within the UK. Maybe Ricky will pay for all 20,000 flights to Vegas

James Brown says...

I really dont see how it would be cheaper for fans to travel all the way to las vegas i mean u got alot more spending to do over their than going to manchester

Ryan Fardon says...

little problem with this is, its over the thanks giving holiday, so all the cheap flights have gone already! Plus the tax has gone up from last year by £150. I'm hoping to go again but let's be honest 30,000 won't be turning up to this fight!
