I agree with other comments I have read, I have the upmost respect for Matt Le Tissier but why he thinks West Brom will be relegated after the players that Steve Clarke has brought in will make the squad stronger and will give a few players a kick up the backside what that need. I for one think that West Brom will finish mid table again which will please 99.9% of Albion fans, for sure we're never going to be able to compete with the likes of money bags Man City, Man Utd and the like but I do think that will break the premier league up eventually as they wil want to form a breakaway league for the rich. Take a good look at some of the other teams that are in the premier league, fair enough Steve Clarke hasn't got the experiance of being a Manager but he certainly has had the fortune of learning from some excellent Managers and coaches and I for one will not knock him. My predictions are (1) Man City (2) Man Utd (3) Arsenal (4) Chelsea (5) Newcastle (6) Spurs, Relegated from Swansea, Norwich, Wigan, Reading and Southampton.

1. Man City- Even with no major signings they have the best squad and will have the most confidence 2. Man Utd- Fergie factor and they still know how to win, I think Kagawa might give them their edge back 3. Chelsea- Lots of signings, some of them have to work, confident after Champions League 4. Newcastle, Steven Taylor back so some of the defensive holes will be plugged, CissÚ will get to play a whole season and Ba hasn't left, and in MY opinion best central midfield partnership in the EPL 5. Arsenal- Actually spent some money on players who have already hit puberty 6. Everton- Dark horses, David Moyes is one of the top 3 managers in the league might need some luck though 7. Tottenham- I just think they'll miss Harry and AVB is a big gamble

i think it will go like this: 1st. mancity 2nd chelsea 3rd united 4th liverpool 5th arsenal... spurs will have a poor season... aguero and suarez will be up there for topscorer...

Re: Chris O`Donnell Arsenal have depth to their squad, but still lack strength in some areas which is obvious to see. Spurs will be in the top 4 this season. Daniel Levy always has a trump card or two up his sleeve.

I have to say that Man Utd will win the Premier League, losing the league in the last minute last season will spur the lads on. Man U Man C and Arsenal will be the Top 3

For me its a City/United shootout again. Hopefully things go differently this year though. Am I the only one who sees Villa struggling? Honestly, they are a shell of the team O'Neill spent so long creating, and with no decent signings or strength in depth, they have to be a side tipped for the drop. 1. MU 2. MC 3. ARS 4. CHE 18.VIL 19. WIG 20. SOT

Got a very good feeling this season about west ham with the players we bought in i can see us really pushing for the title. Solid back four and goalkeeper, creative energetic midfield and amazing strike force and too top if off a very experienced manager, so i can see west ham winning the league. my top 4 prediction is 1. West Ham 2. Man City 3. Man Utd 4. Arsenal

If Man Utd sign Van Persie then i can see us overhauling Man City as we'll have more firepower in Rooney, Van Persie, Hernandez and Welbeck than anyone. Kagawa has been playing through the middle with Valencia, Young and Nani out wide and Kagawa has been scoring from a central midfield role which is a big bonus even though it's only pre season. Ferdinand looked back to his best from the middle of last season whilst Vidic is back and Evans was immense last season so will hopefully kick on. Jones and Smalling are a year older and more experienced and more settled and hopefully whilst signing a new left back will hopefully give Evra a reason to stop being so complacent and De Gea seemed to have got better and better from mid season. If we can get enough out of Giggs and Scholes for one final season as well as young Powell not having too much pressure on him so he can settle into the squad then we should be good for a real push and the pressure will be on Man City this season rather than us.

Either Man City, Man United or Chelsea will win the Premier League. Nobody else has a hope in hell. Arsenal will probably finish fourth. City have to be favourites because United needed to significantly strengthen and haven't : Kigawa will not make a big difference. The Red Devils have an ageing squad and desperately need a quality playmaker. Swansea, without Brendan Rodgers, are my favourites to go down, I can see West Brom and West ham struggling too. If he stays fit then Van Persie will be top scorer - for either Arsenal or United.
