Bernard Hopkins is an example to all up and coming boxers.Back to story
Johnny's logic is hard to argue with as if Nathan fights at his usual pace Hopkins will not be able to go with him. However, Hopkins has a strange snake charmer-like skill in which he is able to "charm" the younger and faster fighter into fighting at his (Bernard's) pace rather than their own. This allows Bernard to fight at his best and gives the impression that his opponent is struggling. Bernard has used this against opponents such as Eastman, Wright, Pavlik, Pascal and even Cloud last week. So I agree with Johnny that Nathan has the engine to defeat Hopkins but only if Nathan is immune to Bernard's "charm" sense.
