Manny Pacqiauo is a great fighter and easily deserves top spot. When you have beaten legends like Morales, Barrera, JMM and Larios then its hard to look beyond the guy who will surely become a 5 weight world champion tomorrow night. I have it 1. Manny Pacqiauo, 2. Joe Calzaghe, 3. Israel Vasquez, 4. Kelly Pavlik, 5. Miguel Cotto, 6. Jorge Linares, 7. Bernard Hopkins, 8. Christian Mijares, 9. David Haye, 10. Joel Casamayor.

Jermaine Burke says...

1. Miguel Cotto, 2. Manny Pacquiao 3. Israel Vazquez 4. David Haye 5. Antonio Margarito. 6. Kelly Pavlik 7. Juan Manuel Marquez 8. Rafael Marquez 9. Joan Guzman 10.Paul Williams. No Calzaghe in the top 10. Joe Is over rated he might have announced the fight with Roy Jones, but the thing is it's only about names to pad out joe's record he could get that 1 against Roy the best fighter of the 90's . he doesn't have to prove anything Joe has to show America he is worth remembering as well as putting in the IBHOF. Roy to show Joe why he was p4p best.

Aaron Ormrod says...

1. Pacman 2. Cotto 3. Marquez 4. Pavlik 5. Calzaghe 6. Klitchsko 7. Margarito 8. Hatton 9. Guzman 10. Berto I think Joe is overrated and is only rated so high by those who refuse to look past the unbeaten record at who he has fought. Hopkins gave him a lesson in my opinion and now he is fighting a 39-year-old Roy Jones, which is a joke really. Pacman and Cotto and Marquez have both beaten far better opposition recently and overall in their careers. Pavlik has been very impressive recently KOing Taylor twice and beating a misplaced Garry Locket- who should never have shared the ring.

I cant believe none of you have Andre Berto in your top tens!!! Has anyone seen the bloke fight! I have been following his career for the past 2 years, and he looks the business. Think along the lines of a 20 year old Tyson at his peak, fighting at Welterweight, awesome! Anyway, heres mine: 1. Joe Calzaghe 2. Manny Pacquiao 3. Andre Berto 4. David Haye 5. Miguel Cotto 6. Juan Manuel Marquez 7. Kelly Pavlik 8. Mikel Kessler 9. Israel Vazquez 10. Ricky Hatton - still a force.

Danny Mckee says...

Anyone with Hatton in the top ten is a muppet! This isn't a popularity contest (where Hatton would be No1), it's the pound-4-pound best boxer on the planet. For me (as of todays date) it's 1. Pacman, 2. Calzaghe, 3. Cotto, 4. JM Marquez, 5. Pavlik, 6 Mijares, 7. Vasquez, 8. Guzman, 9. Margarito, 10. Abraham.

People have such short memories, how can Ricky Hatton not be in the top 10. So he lost to Maywather but Mayweather is going to go down as one of greatest fighter to ever pull on a pair of boxing gloves. The guy has done it at the top level for years and is still the best light wealterweight out there, can't believe after just 1 loss he is being forgotten about.

Ant Hawthorne says...

You can't just ignore Hatton for one loss. He is still a force. Malignaggi will be blasted out of there. He has no power. My best 10 are: 1. Pacquiao 2. Calzaghe 3.Cotto 4. JM Marquez 5. Pavlik 6. Vazquez 7. Hatton 8. Valero 9. Haye 10. Berto.

Whoever said Amir Khan is P4P No 1, I want what you're on mate! Yes he has great potential but would get demolished by Nate right now, he's still too raw to be considered anywhere near top 10. Also Ricky is a great fighter however he hasnt impressed in his last two fights as much as the rest so hes not top 10. 1) Pacquiao 2) Cotto 3) Calzaghe 4) Pavlik 5) Vazquez 6)Margarito 7) Guzman 8) Williams 9) R Marquez 10) Campbell

To Phen Chaud wot the hell are you on about? Amir is nowhere near the top 10, he has only fought bums at the moment, he hasn't had a real test so you must just be an armchair fan who knows nothin about boxing, my ratings : (1)Pacquaio (2) Calzaghe (3) Cotto (4) Pavlik (5) Juan Manuel Marquez (6) Vazquez (7) Hatton (8) P Williams (9) Margarito (10) Wright

Jaz Towner says...

1) Manny Pacquiao. 2) Joe Calzaghe. 3) Miguel Cotto. 4) Kelly Pavlik. 5) Israel Vazquez.. 6) Joan Guzman 7) Paul Williams. 8) David Haye. 9) Antonio Margarito.10) Ricky Hatton. Hatton just pushes in ahead of Hopkins in 10th place largely as people have said Hopkins has lost 3 of his last 5 fights. Pacquiao is just awesome although he will obviously slip down if he loses to Diaz on Saturday. The fact is bar an ageing Eubank & Hopkins, as well as Kessler & Lacy, Calzaghe hasn't fought opponents of the same quality as Pacquiao, and personally whilst I was glad to see Joe win, I thought Hopkins actually took it by a point in Vegas. Pavlik is very efficient but I see no real movement in his game when compared to the others above him. A very good effective fighter but I feel he will eventually be found out by somebody who is quick enough to keep away from his jabs & get on the inside with him.
