Although Roy wasn't the favorite to take the England job, regardless of what happens against the Ukraine you have to give him credit. Apart from the two lapses against Sweden and sitting too deep at times against France the team has been very organised. He had very little time in the job, lost players through injury and no Rooney so far. His experiences in Tournaments and his ability to communicate with the players have paid off. I bet no one would of picked him to be the first Englishmen since McClaren to get the job. He should stay in this job and be given a chance to re-build this team after the tournament with the likes of Wilshire, Gibbs, Rodwell, Jones, Smalling and Sturridge.
